Lose 11 Kg Weight Without Fitness Activity

Previously, he was always surprised every time he get up early and found her body looks fat in the mirror. Until one day he found the right strategy, to make his weight dropped 11 Kgs without having to bother to go fitness.

The man is Chris Gentilviso, a leading newspaper editor in the UK, Huffington Post. He openly admits his youth was spent by eating unhealthy foods such as Burger, especially when he was in junior high school.

Until finally in December 2010, he realized that his body was too fat and want to stop the bad habit. He did not want to be surprised to see his body that continues to grow every time he look in the mirror before a shower.

When he weighed the body at a health clinic, he found his weight had reached 92.99 kg. His doctor said if he could lose weight a few pounds just so it's very good for his performance.

It was then that he resolved to change, at least so his weight does not continue to grow. After having fun with his colleagues at a friend's birthday party, promptly at 3 pm he decided to start thinking about himself.

During this time Chris has never liked the cereal, but since then he realized the importance of these foods to his diet and tried to like it. In addition, he also limit sugar intake to no longer eat his favorite Dunkin Donuts.

When searching for a suitable cereal at the supermarket, Chris discovered that not all products according to his needs. Raisin Bran cereal for example, contains 17 grams of fiber which is enough to make it full throughout the day but less than 25 vitamins everyday needs.

Increase intake of vitamins by eating raw carrots also not a good idea for Chris, so he tried Fiber One cereal which is more complete nutrition. But because it feels uncomfortable, he felt like he was undergoing a scientific experiment.

Finally, one morning, this man managed to create their own healthy breakfast recipes. He dispensing cup of Wheat Chex cereal, mixed with half a banana plus Smucker peanut butter with no trans fats making it more healthy.

Finally, Chris put into the drink tastes healthy breakfast menu that it's more fun. Not the usual course of alcoholic beverages, but fresh orange juice with the sugar content of not more than 22 grams in each serving.

Success with a healthy breakfast menu, Chris began designing his lunch and dinner. He began by getting rid of unnecessary instant marinades , especially tomato sauce that has a sugar content in the form of high fructose.

Instead, Chris added his own recipe of spices, which among others consists of garlic, balsamic vinegar and pepper. He believes, these herbs have the sugar content is much lower so it will not make it fat.

For the source of carbohydrates, Chris did not seem too picky. He only choose whole grains, which is processed into a sandwich  portion adapted to contain only about 100 calories in each portion.

Problem eating schedule, Chris limit himself to not eat too many calories after 8 pm. Absolutely no alcohol or snacks on the night menu, because he is principled 'when he ate' as important as 'what he is eating'.

How Chris can stop midnight snacking habit? Chris set the biological clock, so at 6 pm he regarded as the middle of the night and he should only be snacking at this time but still be restricted so as not too much.

At the office, he is also not snacking snacks such as those sold in the cafeteria. He prepared his own healthy snacks from home, in the form of six pieces of crackers, 10 small carrots, 1 seed fresh fruit (apples, oranges or bananas) and a serving of fried salted peanuts.

Although not interesting in fitness, Chris realizes that any restrictive diet will not help if you do not exercise at all. Therefore, he designed exercise movements to burn fat that can be done at home.

Only with the help of a few small barbells, Chris managed to create some kind of combination of movements ranging from isometric arm curl (bent arm) until the crunch or sit-ups to train the abdominal muscles. Until now he does not add to the burden, because it maintains a consistent pattern of exercise is more important than adding to the burden.

Do this for several months that Chris was disciplined with diet and exercise program? Apparently not, he was also bored and occasionally stopping to eat donuts or drinking with friends. But as quoted from Huffingtonpost, Wednesday (12/07/2011), he always returned to a healthy lifestyle and begin to appear results in a year.

The result of the hard effort for about the last year, Chris's weight has dropped to 81.65 Kg and his waistline shrank to 86.36 cm. Chris also managed to prove to us all, that weight loss is not something impossible like the imagination of the average person.
